Update from 2 weeks ago. Tried the 'Angry Pig', it's a special a couple of days. Pork loin, ham, bacon, onion, bbq sauce, fried onion straws optional. Very good. You cannot go wrong going to this place. As good of a burger as you will find in the area. Friendly service and fair prices. Not a fancy place as you order at the window of the food trailer then they will bring it to the little dining area if you wish to dine in. Burger deserves 4 1/2 stars, I leave a little leeway in case I run across one that blows me away.
The tastiest burger in the coastal bend. Fast and friendly service. Small seating area so you might have to eat in your car.

First time at this burger place, was on the way back to Corpus from Goose Island. Delicious, messy burgers! Double meat double cheese was awesome. Friendly waitress too. Will go back!
I gotta say, my husband and I have traveled across the world in out profession as traveling chefs, and we always crave a burger as good as we would make ourselves one and Steerburger is in the top 5 burgers we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. You order at the truck and they have a sitting room with AC that you can seat yourself at right across the parking lot. Fries were the best fries, not too thick, not too thin and cooked perfectly . The burger was so well built it never came apart and it was SUBSTANTIAL! The flavor of the meat to their sauces and topping choices, you can't beat it! Absolutely phenomenal

The Outlaw Burger was exceptionally delicious, exceeding my expectations. I anticipate exploring new menu items during my next visit.
Food was excellent and portions huge. I had the Pissed Off Pig. My wife liked her Round Up. I could barely finish it. Inside dining was a little warm. We will be back for sure.
